Venue management

Venues specify event locations and are convenient when events occur in the same location. Creating items in the venue manager allows site administrators to re-use venues when creating their events without having to re-enter the same information.

To manage venues:

1. Select I'll Be There > Venues to display the venue manager.

2. To add a new venue select on the New button and complete required fields.

The available fields are:

  • Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Postal code
  • Country
  • Web address

3. Finalize the venue parameters by selecting the Save button in the toolbar at the top-right of the Registration Form editor screen.

Once a venue is created, it can be selected in the event parameters when creating or editing events.
