Registration Form management

Registration forms are displayed to event registrants on the frontend of your web site. I’ll Be There RSVP installs with a default registration form that can be used for all your events. Like most things in the extension, registration forms can be associated with one or more events.

All registration forms have the following fields:
  • Full Name
  • Email address

If you have disabled Allow Individual Registrations Only in the I’ll Be There RSVP global parameters, all registration forms will display an additional field where the number of registrants can be specified.

To add custom fields to the default registration form:

1. Open the Registration Form manager by selecting I'll Be There > Registration Forms from the main menu.

2. Click the title of the Default registration form to edit the form parameters.

 

3. Enter any text that you would like to be displayed before and after the registration form in the Pre-text and Post-text fields.

4. At the bottom of the Registration Form editor, any custom fields will be shown on the left. To add a field to the Registration Form, drag it from the left and drop it below the Name and Email fields on the right.

5. Finalize the changes by selecting the Save button in the toolbar at the top-right of the Registration Form editor screen.

New registration forms can be created in a similar manner.

1. Open the Registration Form manager by selecting I'll Be There > Registration Forms from the main menu.

2. Select the New button in the toolbar at the top-right of the Registration Form manager.
