HI!!!
I want to buy the jcal for my site but i want to ask you...
a) Can i have to use this component and any user have the personal calendar. I mean if its possible to dont have the access to make a public post. Only private.
b) It is possible any user can make categories for him?
If you understand i want to make a site with only private calendars. 100% private calendars. Any user who will connect to my site, he can make any categories he want and make only private posts.

a. in JCal v2 for J1.5 you cannot allow for private submissions only, however you can have it so that an admin needs to approve public ones. In JCal v3 for J1.7+ (currently in Beta) public and private event creation have separate permissions using Joomla ACL so can enable one or other or both per user group
b. Categories are created in the admin panel and are shared by all users (for punblic and/or private events
New ways of creating separate private calendars are in the works for v3
