Hello,
I was looking at your plan options and I saw a "duration" field in the table. Is that duration pertaining to the customer support, or is it a duration for the "license" to use the SEF product?

The subscription is for access to the download area for any updates, the sh404SEF support forum staffed by our support specialists, and the documentation on the site.
The software itself is licensed GPL, it can be used on any of the sites you administer. The software continues to function after the subscription expires, however you would not have access to the updates/forum posting/documentation.
