JCal Pro 3 BETA (build 2159) now available for testing
Today we are happy to announce the release of JCal Pro 3 (full announcement) for Joomla 1.7+ (including Joomla 2.5).
JCal Pro 3 is a ground-up re-write of the venerable calendar for Joomla and includes commonly requested features such as:
- fine-grained permissioning (ACL)
- nested categories
- multi-category events
- customizeable fields for event creation
- event registration
- HTML overrides (i.e. MVC architecture)
For those of you who would like to test this BETA release, you can download JCal Pro in our Public Downloads area. Please post any issues you come across in The Laboratory, a new area on the forum created specifically for testing purposes.
