URL issues after SH404SEF (especially shopping cart & Chrono forms)

Thanks for your prompt reply Ron! Basically once I enable the SH404SEF urls, my chronoform URLs as well as my Shopping Cart urls get messed up. Please read this post I wrote a month ago on the joomla forum, it contains more information: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=2674441
I can also provide your techs with my backend username and password so they can see it for themselves. My website is LIVE already, so the sooner we fix these issues, the better.

Hello info,

Please update your Virtuemart version and also make sure you`re using latest version of Chrono forms too. Then see if it solves your issue

You better make a full website backup before trying, you can use Akeeba Backup component for this.

I upgraded my virtuemart from 1.1.4 to 1.1.9 and it did not change anything at all. Still same problems with "Show Cart" link and Chronoform link. I didn't want to upgrade to VM 2.0 because it's a migration and it might mess up my LIVE site, besides 2.0 was just released a month ago so I doubt it has anything to do with my issues? Let me know what you want me to do next. If you want my website access info so you can take a look for yourself, I would be very happy to provide you with those.

So lets get your problems one by one, can you please tell me what exactly is the problem with "Show cart" link ? What`s the sef url of it and its corresponding non-sef url from "URL manager"

I attached a couple of pictures. I added a rug to the cart while SEF was disabled, and then clicked on the "Show cart" and it looks perfect. Then I went back and enabled SEF and clicked on show cart and I was getting garbage attached to the Homepage. Please check attachments.
