If you have completed your payment but cannot download the appropriate extension, one of two things is likely to have occurred.
- You have subscribed to the wrong extension
- You have not logged in with the appropriate credentials
To solve this problem:
- Check your account activation and subscription emails to ensure you are using the appropriate credentials
- Try resetting your password or sending a username reminder
