I have paid but cannot download, what do I do?

If you have completed your payment but cannot download the appropriate extension, one of two things is likely to have occurred.

  1. You have subscribed to the wrong extension
  2. You have not logged in with the appropriate credentials

To solve this problem:

  1. Check your account activation and subscription emails to ensure you are using the appropriate credentials
  2. Try resetting your password or sending a username reminder
